I wants to know how the situation is with cooking. Are there line for gase, or do you cook with electricity or having bottles which needs to be refilled. I saw on some picures those gas bottles and ask myself where to refill and much does it cost? What are the alternatives? Thanks Dalal

Hello Dalai We have an electric oven (mains supply) and a gas hob (bottled gas). We get our gas from the local mini supermarket. In March 2013 it was 27 euros for a replacement gas bottle about twice the size of what you might have for your BBQ. We also use the gas for hot water and showers. We live in a very rural area of Central Portugal - beautiful. Regards Roy
