I take it your t-shirts aren't made of pure gold or laced with purer cocaine, so then you should be able to import according to standard customs rules. You'll need to pay an import duty, and as it's Kenya, you may even need to bribe somebody.
Have a look through the Kenyan Embassy import/export handbook for more info.
As a kenyan living in Europe i was sickened and disgusted when pulled aside, had my luggage runsacked and charged tax on a few clothes and shoes i bought for my mother. I hadnt been home in a long time and vow never to carry any gifts or bribe the shameless corrupt so called excuse of Kenyan immigration people. To add injury, i was targeted as a black person by my supposedly black fellow citizens!!!! I now travel light and would rather donate the money to a local charity than lace the pockets of corrupt greedy officials. A disgrunted Kenyan in Ireland
