Hi There I'm a Canadian Citizen, currently residing at India.I've been offered a job in Dubai. How would the Visa process be? Would someone please advise if I will be able to travel from here directly or will I have to go to the UAE embassy at Canada to process the Visa? Thanks in advance Malik

Hi Malik,

As a Canadian citizen, your visa will need to be organised before you arrive, and sponsored by the company.

Have a look at the different types of visas, as well as the process of how to apply for a visa on our Visas in Dubai page

As for where to apply for your visa, I would advise you to speak to your embassy.

When is your move to Dubai planned? Has the company said they will sponsor your visa?
