Do I need emergency evacuation insurance if moving to Kenya, or is the healthcare up to standard?

Most expats living in Kenya have medi-vac insurance, but this only need be used in extremely serious emergency situations. There are lots of private healthcare options in Kenya, and most GPs can give good advice about which doctor or surgeon is the best in their field.

Unless it is a serious medical emergency, there is no need, although most employers provide this kind of insurance. Private hospitals do a good job
