How do I get my kids involved in extra curricular activities in Spain?

Hi MollyGrace,

Whereabouts in Spain are you moving to? Will your children be going to an international school ?

International schools tend to offer a whole host of activities. The type of acitivities will vary from school to school - but I suggest you use the school as a starting point and go from there.

You can read a bit about the Spanish schools on our Education and Schools in Spain page.

Generally, speaking thanks to Spain's meditarranean climate - there is a lot of opportunity to let your children take part in outdoor activities and sport.

Also, start talking to other expat parents in Spain and find out what their kids are up to in terms of extra-curricular activities - fellow expats are bound to give you the best tips.

Sorry that the answers are a bit vague...but hope it helps a little.
