How much money would I expect to pay for utility bills each month on a 3/4 bed villa?

Hi Gul

Utilities in Abu Dhabi are reasonably priced and subsidised by the government. However, keeping a 3/4 bed villa air conditioned will get pricey. You can read more about expat expenses on the Cost of Living in Abu Dhabi page.

Good luck.

it will average out to about aed 1500+ per month. april to oct will be very expensive and the winter months cheaper. it will be more if you want to maintain and water a large garden. i suggest go green by keeping a brown garden.
