Hi, Could anyone please enlighten me about the situation in jeddah. I am to be deployed by my company early next year to set up a small production plant in Jeddah for Effective Microorganism @ for cleaning industy. I am tasked to set up the operation and to look for small factory or warehouse facility to house the production and storage. Can someone please assist me in terms of the real estate rate in jeddah as i am looking for built up area of 3000 sq foot or 278 square meter for storage n small scale manufacturing.
