Thanks for your question. While the difference in your two offers is fairly large, you'll find that the cost of living in Adu Dhabi is considerably higher than that of Mumbai.
It may be worth trying to negotiate a housing allowance, as your highest monthly expense in Abu Dhabi is going to be your accommodation. Another important factor is whether or not you have a family and children to support, as it is far easier to make ends meet as a single person.
