Good afternoon, I have been offered a job in Jeddah and am considering whether or not I can accept it. I have been with my girlfriend for 2 years now and we are not planning on getting married anytime soon. I obviously want my girlfriend to move with me, but I understand that it is illegal for her to live with me unless we are married. Is this correct? Would my girlfriend be able to move and live with me if she was to get a job in Jeddah and had a sponsor as well? Thank you for your help. Regards David

It is correct that your girlfriend will not be able to move with you to Saudi Arabia if your are not married. First of all, the embassy of Saudi Arabia will not offer her a Visa to enter the country at that status. Second, having a girlfriend in Saudi Arabia is an adultery crime could take both to the jail even if she managed to get a job there. My advice to you: Propose! Or go lonely!
