Specialty Health Food in Johannesburg: Health milk and flour.

Where would I be able to buy health milk such as Oatmilk or Almond milk? Also Ancient grain flours such as Millet, Spelt, Amarinth? I will be staying in Corlett Drive area, so I'm looking for shops in that area. Thank you.

your best bet here in Joburg is the Superspar at Broadacres shopping centre. We had a visitor who needed rice milk and whole grain cereal and all sorts of other stuff and he was very happy at that SuperSpar. Maybe another Spar closer to you might carry at least a few of these items.
