Hi Umamaheswaren,

You do require the signature of your employer if you want to leave Saudi Arabia. So you may have difficulty leaving Saudi Arabia and going to Oman without the exit visa. You can read more about exit visas for Saudi Arabia on Expat Arrivals for Visas for Saudi Arabia.

If you can't convince your employer to sign the exit visa despite coming to the end of the contract I would suggest you contact the immigration authorities in Saudi Arabia to see where you stand and maybe enlist the advice of a local immigration lawyer.

Good luck.
