Few questions on daily life in Bahrain

Hello everyone, I am contacting you because I received a very interesting job to Bahrain (Manama) for a period of about 2 years. I’m in a relationship, and we would have a few questions about life every day. I hope you can help us ... The clothes: We hear / read often that expats must have a descent clothing. What do you mean by that? Is a skirt at the knees is correct? ( except the month of Ramadan ) . Is a T-shirt (covering the shoulders ) is ok? Climate: Is it really insupportable for us French ? To what extent ? How do you handle it ? Bottle of water on yourself? Clothes at the office? Food My wife is vegan and gluten intolerant . Is this a problem? Is there a such products in the supermarkets ? Job : My wife will have a master's degree in psychology just before we left . Do you know if there are jobs / tasks / her internship in his field ? ( psychologist in French ) . Do you have some contacts ? Pets: We have two cats ( vaccinated and microchipped ) that we would take with us.
