Hi Tariq,

There is a family visit visa available which allows expats living and working in Saudi Arabia to bring immediate family across to the Kingdom to live with them. However, the Saudi authorities define immediate family as a spouse or child.

To apply for the visa on behalf of a parent, you would first need to convince your employer to act as a sponsor. You would also need to collect evidence to prove that your mother is dependent on you. Once you have the support of your employer, you will need to approach the Dept of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.

For more information and resources of visa requirements refer to our Visas for Saudi Arabia page.

Good Luck
