Is it easy to meet girls in Taiwan?

OK, stupid question maybe but seriously - how likely is it that I will be able to meet girls in taiwan? Are expats there all married and on dependency visas, or are there enough single English teachers around? And what about local girls?

There is a large enough expat community that you'll be able to make friends with young English-speaking people from all over :)
