Hi Sajeed-

No, you cannot get a job in the UAE with a valid visa for Bahrain. These are separate countries, thus you will need separate visas to have certain rights within each country. You'll need to find an employer sponsor in the UAE in order to get a proper residence visa (which will give you the right to work).

Even if you wish to visit the country (if you can get an exit visa from your employer in Bahrain), you'll need to have a UAE resident or a UAE company sponsor you, Indians are not granted entry into the UAE upon arrival without previously organised documentation.

For more information about visas in the UAE, have a look at the Expat Arrivals Visas for Abu Dhabi page.

Hi, Adil here from India. I am planning to come to Dubai for work with a Residence Visa. I have been already selected by a company. So my question is there any rules saying that should work for a company for certain period or else any fine will be applicable..??
