Where are you at the moment?
There certainly are jobs for Spanish teachers in China, although the demand for English teachers is higher. If you have a teaching qualification, you can get a well-paying job at a fully international school in big cities like Beijing or Shanghai that follows an American curriculum or an international curriculum and offer Spanish as a subject for expat (British, American) kids. Otherwise, you can teach Spanish at a Chinese cram school or as a private tutor.
You will need to get a job before you move to China, as you will need your employer to obtain an employment licence for you before you can apply for your work permit and visa. See Work permits in China for more info. To get a job you'll need to be from a country where Spanish is a recognised mother tongue.
You might need to get a qualification that allows you to teach Spanish as a foreign language similar to the TEFL course English speakers take (the Spanish one is called the "Español como lengua extranjera" or ELE). I suggest you look into organisations that offer this qualification and try to organise a job in China through them. Schools that offer the ELE are usually well placed to at least put you in contact with recruitment companies that can find you a teaching job in China.
Hope that helps!
