Dear all, I am lost and need some help please. My husband has just been offered a job on Muthangari Drive, off Waiyaki Way, Westlands. I have three children (son 7, daughters 6 and 5) and would like to put their names down at schools for next April (the earliest time we can move) but I don't know where as we haven't moved to Nairobi yet. I'm after a private international school. We are British/Australian. My son needs smaller classes and more individual attention but I'm otherwise flexible. If anyone can recommend a nice area for a 4+ bedroom house, near the office, and a close nearby school I'd be so gratefull. My husband and I work full time (I'm in aid and development but he's found work first in engineering and I'll try to find something later) so we'll have house help living in etc Budget at this stage is not as important as location/safety/quality of life etc Any ideas would be more than appreciated. Hi Shepstar, you can easily find a 4brm apt in Lavington or Kileleshwa and the kids can go to Braeburn school... Best regards

Hi Shepstar, Pretty sure you've already moved to Kenya and found accommodation and a good school for your children. So I'll leave this info here for anyone else in the same situation. Kitusuru is a nice neighbourhood not far from Westlands. There are plenty of day schools within the area including The International School of Kenya, Peponi School, Oshwal Academy and Aga Khan Schools among others. There are plenty of boarding options like St. Andrew's Turi, Pembroke House School and GEMS Cambridge International School.
