Hi All Does anyone have any info/advice on the availability of purchasing or building a bar/restaurant aimed mainly for the backpackers scene in the south of Vietnam preferably along the cost line such as Hoi N, Nha Trang etc but also in the city of Ho Chi Minh. Costs and the legalities would be greatly appreciated especially coming from expats already based in or around these circumstancies. I look forward to responses, many thanks Lloyd
