Hi Maamirusa,

Before you start to think about setting up a business in Malaysia, you need to bear in mind that this is a culturally diverse country and there are certain nuances to doing business in Malaysia.

Setting up a successful business in Malaysia is not always easy for expats, so make sure you do lots of research beforehand.

The Expat Arrival's page on Doing Business in Malaysia gives you an overview of what you will need to obtain to start up your own company in Kuala Lumpur.

Good Luck with the business venture.
