I would like to know the average long-term rental prices for 1 bedroomed accomodation in Malta. My budget is Eur800 a month and I am a professional thinking of relocating to Malta. There are some beautiful natural Maltese stone heritage houses in Malta particularly in the Grand Harbour Area. Would you know the prices I should expect to pay in this area? I have found the beautiful house in Vittoriosa (Birgu) at Eur650 per month called Kwartier Suite. http://vittoriosa.wix.com/kwartiersuite Is it this price a good value?
