I have Resident Visa of UAE as Ops Manager, my wife who had a visa of house wife is she eligible to get visa on arriaval at oman?

Where are you and your wife from ? The type of visa she needs for Oman is likely to be dependent on her nationality rather than the fact that she has a residents visa for the UAE.
