Hi,

I am going to be living in France and have the possibility to buy a used car but haven't moved into my new accommodation yet. I understand that you need to get a "Carte grise". Do you have to wait until you have actually moved in to be able to provide a proof of address and proceed? And which do you have to start with, insurance or carte grise?

Thanks and kind regards!

Anneka
