I have applied job and they asked me if i am able to get a working permit or visa and they do not offer it.

Hi there
Working permits in South Korea can be complicated. Whether or not you will qualify for one will depend on what field you want to work in and your qualifications.
Have a look at our guides to work permits and visas for South Korea for a more detailed breakdown of the different types of visas you might be eligible for. Have you tried contacting your local South Korean embassy to ask for advice on your specific case?
