I'm a graduate student in the US. Our class will be traveling to Peru in the next week, and we have a class assignment to reach out to expats currently living in Peru to find out more about the transition from US to Peru as well as the Peruvian culture. 1. How long did it take for you to fully adjust to living in Peru?
2. What is the business culture in Peru like compared to the US? Is there anything that stands out as being different when attending meetings and/or doing general business?
3. How is business conducted in Peru? Is it typically done face-to-face or via email? Was there a learning curve to working in your particular industry after moving?
