Hello, recently I've been offered a position in Abu Dhabi with salary of 21000 AED a month, but no allowances, just medical insurance for self, entry flight ticket for self and flight ticket for self during annual leave. I tried to negotiate the conditions, but company is not willing to. I would like to move to Abu Dhabi with my wife and 6 month baby daughter and I'm not sure if it's reasonable offer. Of course I would like to save some money also, not to spent everything on current needs. Is anyone able to help me?
