My husband and I are considering a move to Abu Dhabi with our 2 children aged 3 (nearly 4) and 7. My husband already works for a company in Abu Dhabi on a rotational shift but we are considering him going full time and us moving there. I am a qualified primary school teacher and was wondering if there was a likelihood of being able to secure a part time teaching position in a school? I also wondered if I should try and secure a job before we move out or if I should wait to settle my children first? That is my preference but I understand sorting a visa affects that decision and also the salary and package I would be offered wouldn't' the the same. Has anyone got any advice on this? I wondered about coming out to look around some schools and speaking directly to the schools about work for me and places for my children, but I also understand that spaces are limited. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks
