Hi Dear Sir/Madam,
Iam Arthana currently residing in South Africa I have applied for critical skill visa on 17th of June and today I got the outcome. Unfortunately the result is negative and the reason they mentioned is inconsistent and iam not understanding what they exactly wants me to do. They mentioned the reason is "I do not have valid membership " the documents I submitted for this process everything is valid. Hence, kindly provide me a response what I can do in this scenario. It will be greatly appreciated if you could do so.
Regards,
Arthana

Hi Arthana,
I've looked into this a little bit and from what I understand the application requires written confirmation of your meeting the criteria of one or more skills listed on the current critical skills list. Certain professional bodies are able to confirm this via a letter, but you'd usually need to be a member. Did you include a letter from a professional body confirming your skills? Are you a member of that body?
Kind regards
Meagan
