Hi, I just want to know if I would be able move from Dubai to Hong Kong to work in real estate sector? I have been working here for few years in Dubai in this field and i would like to know about this field in Hong Kong in terms of average yearly earning.

Thanks,

Hi Joe

Property prices in Hong Kong have steadily been rising for quite some time.  know there were issues with real estate agents having to close offices a few years ago because of government measures to cool down the market and avoid a bubble.

I'm not sure where that leaves things in terms of available opportunities at the moment, but there is no reason you shouldn't try finding a job there – you will most likely need one to get a work permit in the first place.

It's a fair amount of reading, but I'd recommend having a look at the following pages:

Hope this helps, good luck!

Best,

Xavier
