I want to aply to university in Vienna but i have a 5 year old child and i was wondering how is it with the health system and kindergarten schools

Do i need specific documents?

Hello everybody, i Will move to Vienna soon and I have a son of 3 years old; I am looking for a bilingual school ( English) like viennaenglishpreschool ; any recommendation ?? And at the same time we don't know where we will live; we are looking for a pleasant neighborhood for a couple of 35 years old with restaurants and shops; thanks a lot! Pierre
