Moving from Australia to Dallas, Texas in a couple of months. We are moving with our two children aged 11 and 13. What are the best suburbs for a family ?
We live in a small town in Oz so we are looking for a similar place with a strong sense of community. Obviously, safety is also a priority so an area with a low crime rate is also very important.
Finally, we need to be close to good public schools as we can't really afford to pay lots for private or international schooling for the girls.

You'll find that Dallas caters well for those with children. Houses are generally large so can accommodate families, and there are lots of good public and private schools in the city.
