Recently i have one Indonesia foreign worker go back to his own hometown- Surabaya had lost his passport and work permit which attached together in his passport. He has made a police report for this incident due to stolen.
In order to re-do the passport, i understand that he need to back to Indonesia immigration. But for the work permit in Malaysia, can i know what is the procedure for Malaysia side in order to re-print the work permit in his passport? He have the permit and passport record out from Malaysia, is there any problem with new passport to enter in Malaysia again?
The ticket back to Malaysia in on Mid of October, really appreciate seek for your kindness and professional advise on this matter as soon as possible.

there will be no problem. he heed to show his (lost)passport copy.
