I'm currently working as an expat in a global consumer products company in the Shanghai office. I'm considering switching jobs to another global consumer products company (also as an expat). What percentage salary increase can I expect in such a case? I would like to use this information in my negotiations. Any other tips on switching jobs in China as an expat would be very appreciated as well.
