Friends,
I would be moving to China on a Z visa to work for my company in Shanghai office. I would be paid my salary in China. However, as part of my work, I would be travelling across the globe for months together, especially Europe and UK region.
Is there some constraint that I have to stay minimum duration for a year to sustain my visa in China. Or It is okay if I stay around 4 months and travel for the rest of the year? My salaries and perk would continue in China even during my travel as that would be my home employment location.

What is the maximum age limit on being granted a Z visa and R visa?

You asked a very good question and in your case, your employer would have to specify on their invitation letter that your Z visa would require "multiple entries" do to extensive travel requirements. All Z visa's are valid for one year. Good luck!
