ask to open a <xme> onlyne account - start all the services on your smartphone - you must have with you - a photocopy of your passport - and the tax code - if you do not have the tax code, go to an office of the revenue agency ( italian tax office)

good life in Italy
Hi! I have come to Madrid about a year ago from a non-eu country. I have some friends there so stay with them. But I was in real trouble with banking stuff. I don't have EU residency, work permit or working visa and it is almost impossible to open a bank account. After hard googling I run into a Blackcatcard of PAPAYA LTD. That's a EU card. I was able to open a euro account immediately after registration with only my local ID and selfie:) Now using it without any trouble. I hope this helps.
