How do you get an expatriate travellers insurance certificate for Turkey work permit application?

My husband has been offered a job in ankara turkey so the lawyer responsible for processing his work permit says he needs to get an expatriate travellers insurance certificate with Ataturk insurance company. The problem is we don't know where to find their agents here in south africa. Please help as this is a mandatory requirement in order to get the work permit.

Usually when you're offered a job overseas, your employer either helps you obtain your work permit or does it for you. England is a notoriously difficult place to get in if you're not an EU national, so have a read of our guide on work permits for the UK for some info.
