Can anyone recommend a really good relocation company? We'll be moving to Brussels with a newborn and pre-schooler and need as much help as possible!

It could depend on where you are moving from but I know that bolliger.co.uk provide a really good comprehensive international relocation service. They handle everything from packing to international shipping and warehouse storage, depending on what you need. The best thing is that they tailor it to your needs.

I'd say only those who like wasting money use relocation companies. You'll get great advice from those already here by posting somewhere like Brussels Expats Facebook group. Many relocation agents and estate agents are less than honest and there is a big chance they'll advise you to live in an area / house which gives them the biggest financial return, rather than giving you advice that meets your needs.
