Is it possible to get a residency visa if you are positive for hep C ? Has anyone had experience with the visa process and being Hep C positive ?

I think you mean a work visa, anyhow, it is not possible in regular cases. In some exceptional cases and especially if your sponsor is governmental they give an excuse.
