Nord Anglia International School New York (NAISNY) is thrilled to announce its relocation to the vibrant Gramercy neighbourhood, bringing its legacy of educational excellence to a new home at 111 E 22nd Street. Opening its doors on 4 September 2025 for the 2025–26 academic year, NAISNY marks an exciting milestone for the school, which has been serving students on the Lower East Side since 2011.
Building on a tradition of excellence

Founded over a decade ago, NAISNY has established itself as a beacon of rigorous academics and a nurturing environment. The relocation to Gramercy underscores the school’s commitment to enhancing its facilities while continuing to empower students for success in leading high schools across New York and beyond. It provides the school with the opportunity to continue growing its students.
“NAISNY stands apart for our personalised approach to learning,” says Principal Jimmy Frawley. “This move allows us to bring our unique educational experience to Gramercy, a neighbourhood rich in history and culture,” he continues.
A diverse and inclusive community
NAISNY welcomes children aged 2 through Year 9, offering both part-time and full-time programmes for its youngest learners. The school prides itself on its diverse community of international and local NYC families. As our principal, Mr Frawley, expresses, “NAISNY is more than just a school – it’s a close-knit community where every child and family are valued.”
With a British curriculum, NAISNY provides a balanced approach to academic and emotional growth, fostered through engaging events like workshops, mixers, and family-friendly activities such as teddy bear picnics. Below is what parents had to say about NAISNY:
Global connections for lifelong success
As part of Nord Anglia Education, a network of over 80 international schools across 33 countries, NAISNY offers students unparalleled opportunities to connect with peers worldwide. This global platform fosters creativity, resilience, and a global perspective, preparing students to achieve beyond their expectations. Working closely with our partners, UNICEF, MIT, and Juilliard offer opportunities that stretch beyond the classroom.
