I am looking for some advice as to where best areas to live for a short time in Munich ..job offer has come in Munich and looking up where is best and cost of apartment for a single person

Alstadt Lehel (Northern Munich), Pasing Obermenzing (West), and Neuhasen Nymphemberg (North-West). 

 

These are the cheapest areas for small apartments. I would advice to look into each area in regards to crime, local facilities, transport links to the centre of Munich (depending on where your new job is based). 

 

Basically anywhere outside of the city centre is cheaper than inside, but you'll have some small commuting costs.  If you're still unsure, contact Lewis Badham on LinkedIn and he can give you some advice :)
