How do I make sure that I find a Russian apartment that gets to keep the hot water in the summer?

Hi!
Make sure that when you look around it, that there is an electric stand-by boiler of at least 50 litres capacity installed in the flat and that it works OK.

yes, in summer off water about for 10-20 days. i think, hard find apartment with built in electric boiler, if you talk about towns.
