How can I find a mid-level finance job in Dubai?

Hi, I am really struggling to find a finance related job in Dubai, I am from UK and have 5 years experience in Accounts Payable/ Credit Control reporting and management. I am AAT qualified (which is equivalent to a higher diploma/degree). I would really appreciate if you can give me some useful links and a little bit of advice on how to go about with this. I really want to move in by the end of the year and settle with my partner (who lives in Dubai). Thank you.
