How to pay custom duties for an overseas package in Dammam?

Hi, Do you have any idea how to pay customs duties via SADAD? I have a package sitting in Dammam for customs clearance. Follow up question: I have been ordering online before in Jeddah and Riyadh but I didn't experience any problems with my packages with customs. Once the package arrived in the areas above, an EMS operator will call me and then deliver the package straight to my address. All of my packages (including the one in Dammam) are sent via EMS (Express Mail Service). Are there any threshold for parcels for online orders? If yes, how much and what is the limit? Thank you in advance for those who will answer. :)
