I left saudi on Jan 2011 with exit-reentry. I don't have NOC and final exit. Jun 2011 and March 2012 I tried to enter with new job offer, both times my visa was rejected.

Now i have another good offer. But can anyone advise me on whether the visa will b granted or not. If I get, do I then face any problems physically entering the country and daeling with Saudi immigration at the border.

Please let me know your thoughts on this situation.

Hi KSS

There is conflicting information on this. Officially and in general, people who leave without a final exit visa and no objection certificate are considered to have absconded and put on a black list. This is possibly why your first two applications were denied.

I have, however, read a report that says if your iqama is no longer valid and therefore off of the system, you can apply for a new visa with a different employer.

I don't know how trustworthy this information is but it does give some hope. All you can do is try, but be prepared for the very real possibility that your application could be denied.

Have a look at our Visas for Saudi Arabia page for an outline of the visa process.

Best of luck,

Xavier

I worked in a European-Saudi joint company for one and half year. I then left on final exit after resignation. My company was not happy on resignation but accepted it. Now i want to go on new visa but the other company refused my request and asked for NOC from previous employer. Is this NOC really must?
