I was offered a construction job in New Zealand. It sounds very nice but I am worried that even if I make more money there, it is a small country and I will not be able to save. Please help, this is a very big decision. Any advice on how much it costs to live in New Zealand will be very appreciated.
Thank you.

New Zealand is relatively expensive but a lot of the time this is matched by fairly high salaries. Of course, it depends on the kind of lifestyle you expect but if you have a job, especially in a field such as construction, you should be able to get by.
Have a look at our Cost of Living in New Zealand page which will give you a more accurate idea of what to expect.
I would also have a look at our Working in New Zealand page, which will give you an idea of the economy, the job market and what it's like to work there.
Lastly, given that it's likely to be your highest expense, have a look at our Accommodation in New Zealand page.
Hope these help.
Best,
